Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HO-Moment (the "Platform"), operated for event ticketing, media, and guest management. By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

Organizer ("Client") accounts may be created directly through the Platform's sign-up flow, or set up on your behalf by our team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Events, Packages & Payment

• Self-service organizer accounts require selecting a service package for at least one event before the account is activated. Each additional event you create also requires selecting a package.
• Package and add-on prices are shown at the time of selection and are charged through our payment gateway; all amounts are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where required by law.
• Ticket prices, fees, and refund terms for a given event are set by that event's organizer. We are not a party to the transaction between an organizer and their guests beyond processing payment.

3. Tickets & Check-In

A ticket is a revocable license to attend the specified event, subject to the organizer's own event policies. Some ticket tiers may be configured by the organizer to admit more than one person per ticket; the number of people a ticket admits is fixed at the time of purchase and enforced at check-in.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to misrepresent an event, to circumvent ticketing or payment controls, or to access another user's account or event data without authorization.

5. Content You Submit

By uploading photos, videos, or other content (including through an event's memory wall or POV upload link), you confirm you have the right to share it and grant the event organizer and HO-Moment a license to display it in connection with that event.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that events listed by organizers will take place as described, and we are not responsible for disputes between organizers and their guests, vendors, or staff. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
