• Account details - name, email, phone number, company name, and country, for organizers, staff, and vendors.
• Guest details - name, email, and phone number, submitted when purchasing or registering for a ticket.
• Payment information - transactions are processed by our payment gateway (Paystack); we do not store your card details ourselves.
• Photos and videos - uploaded voluntarily to an event's memory wall or POV upload link.
• Usage data - such as pages visited and referral links used, to help organizers understand ticket sales.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage accounts, tickets, and check-ins.
• To send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, receipts, event reminders, account notices).
• To allow event organizers to manage their own guest lists and event data.
• To improve the reliability and features of the platform.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information with the event organizer whose event you are registering, attending, or uploading content for - they can see the details you submit for their event. We also share limited information with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, email delivery and payment processing), strictly to perform those services. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention

We keep account and ticket records for as long as the related account or event remains active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

5. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Guests can also update or transfer their own ticket details directly from their ticket page.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
